Order Processing Times
We offer free same day shipping and Express Post services. All orders are shipped with Australia Post and include tracking and signature services as standard inclusions.
- Orders received before 2.30PM AEST Monday-Friday are shipped the same day. Orders received after this time will be shipped the following business day. In the event you have placed your order on a Friday after 2.30PM AEST, your order will ship the following Monday (public holiday exception)
- We do not ship on weekends or public holidays.

I Placed An Order But Haven’t Recieved A Confirmation Email
On completion of your order at our checkout a confirmation email will be sent to your nominated email address. Once your order has been processed and fulfilled by our warehouse you will receive a second email with a tracking number. A final email will from Australia Post confirming receipt of your parcel with a delivery eta will follow. You should expect to recieve three emails from the time of placing your order until despatch.
If you have not received any emails- you may have entered the wrong email address at the time of order OR the emails have been redirected to your junk folder. If you are not able to locate the email, pls contact our customer support and we will be happy to assist you.
Please Note: If your order was placed after 2.30PM AEST or over a weekend or public holiday, you will not receive a fulfillment email with tracking number until the following business day.
How Can I Upgrade An Order?
Forgot to add an item or want to upgrade your order? If your order has not already been shipped you can contact our customer support HERE with your request.
*Please Note: We endeavour to treat every request fast and efficiently however if your order is removed from cue to modify at your request this may cause a delay in despatch from our warehouse.
How Can I Change Shipping Address On An Order I Already Placed?
If you have put the wrong shipping address on your order you can contact our customer support HERE please include your order number and your correct shipping address.
You only have a short window to change the shipping address to an order, so please make sure to double check all information when placing your order.
I Have Received The Wrong Item!
If you have received the wrong item to what was ordered, please contact our customer support HERE we will be happy to resolve this as quickly as possible.
