QR Matsuri Full Throttle

If you weren’t at QR Matsuri this weekend… you missed absolute carnage (the good kind).

The Heat Wave crew rolled in hot, set up the tent, and got straight to work doing what we do best - soaking up tyre smoke, sun, and everything sideways.

From the jump, the vibe was electric. Cars screaming, tyres getting absolutely annihilated, and the crowd right on the fence living for every send. This is what it’s about.

We posted up trackside with the Heat Wave setup, keeping things loud and locked in all weekend. Good people, good chats and maximum chill.

Under that Queensland sun, there was no hiding so the crew were on hand slinging the latest polarised shades and safetys built for harsh Aussie conditions all weekend long.

We threw Shaggy into the deep end - strapped him into Mitch Pullen’s absolute weapon of a drift car and sent him out into the chaos.

No easing into it. No warm-up lap. Just lateral G's.
